Scaring yourself can be a good fun as well as a reality check! It should also be noted that the best time to scare yourself is when you are alone and in the dark.

- Pretend that someone is following you home
- Sit in a forest at night
- Listen to Halloween Sound Effects in the Dark
- Use an Ouija Board
- Look for ghosts
- Go to a graveyard late at night by yourself
- Listen to scary music like Swans, Diamanda Galas or A Moon Lay Hidden Beneath a Cloud.
