Scaring yourself can be a good fun as well as a reality check! It should also be noted that the best time to scare yourself is when you are alone and in the dark.

Examples include:

  • Listen to Late Night Radio Drama at night in the dark
  • Pretend that someone is following you home
  • Sit in a forest at night
  • Listen to Halloween Sound Effects in the Dark
  • Use an Ouija Board
  • Look for ghosts
  • Go to a graveyard late at night by yourself
  • Listen to scary music like Swans, Diamanda Galas or A Moon Lay Hidden Beneath a Cloud.
